ABOUT

Things make more sense for me when I’m outside. Hiking long trails, sailing in open water, even a quiet run while it’s snowing, all of it slows the world down just enough for me to hear myself think. That peace of mind sticks with me, and it shapes how I approach the work I do.

I’m drawn to tools that feel real and grounded. Old CRT screens, analog switches, gear that shows its wear. They remind me that technology doesn’t need to be perfect or loud to feel trustworthy. It can be calm, clear, and built with intention.

That mindset carries into how I build products and how I work with AI. Automation can handle the repetitive parts, but it shouldn’t replace the moments where judgment or instinct matters. Those small decisions are what give an experience its character.

So the question I keep coming back to is simple: as everything accelerates, which parts do we choose to protect and keep human?
